I’m so excited to share that my art
“Numbers In Disguise” is going to be sold on Minted and Pottery Barn Kids.
Inspired by the playful world of early learning, this piece transforms numbers into animals, blending counting with imagination. I wanted each number to be instantly recognizable as both a numeral and an animal, inviting children to count while sparking their imagination.

This book is part of the Own Voices, Own Stories collection from Sleeping Bear Press,
which highlights new authors from historically marginalized groups, celebrating and amplifying diverse voices.

I'm so excited to share that I will be working on the amazing story Yasi & Mina's Pomegranate Tree by Nikoo Yahyazadeh, which tells the story of two girls living through the Iran-Iraq war
but finding joy and quiet moments through friendship and time spent playing
in their shared courtyard.
The story immediately resonated with me,
since my father had served in that war as a surgeon and I've seen and felt the consequences so deeply.
